"Was referred by Spire and worked with Phillip Nichols. Super friendly, super helpful, super informative, didn’t try to push for something you didn’t want/need. I had a different company for car insurance and he agreed it was better to stick with them because of pricing. Home owners insurance was pretty decent compared to other companies. 110% recommend!"

"Great salesmanship, but no customer service whatsoever! Took my money for auto and life and insurance policies. Then couldn't speak to anyone in the office when I found it had no coverage. Excuses abound when I finally spoke to the agent, Phillip. Untrustworthy, to say the least."

Having our customers trust is our number one priority and I'm sorry you feel that was broken. When we sign up our customers for insurance it's imperative to provide accurate information. When we don't receive accurate information on the front end, it can cause rates to change and in some cases denial of policies. I am glad that we were able to help you find another company since we weren't able to help you. Another service we offer that you are not getting with our competitors. Other company's customers are left to fend for themselves when this happens. Please let us know if we can help further. "

"I've been w the same Auto Insurance company for decades, so I was really nervous to switch. I spoke w Phillip Nichols and he was authentic, transparent, and spoke to me in laymen's terms without making me feel ill-advised. He proved to be knowledgeable and was very attentive to my needs and questions. Most importantly, he didn't shame me when I informed him that I'd have my dad review the initial documents (as a woman, I often feel "stupid" for seeking my dad's advice - Phillip embraced this, and validated my desire to consult w my dad - that's rare)."

"Phillip Nichols was thorough, quick and highly interpersonal. It was a pleasure to talk with him about my policies versus an automated system or strictly online. "Disappointing and Misleading I had a very frustrating experience with this business State Farm. When I initially signed up, I was quoted a specific amount for my coverage. However, after everything was finalized, they charged me three times the quoted price without any warning or valid explanation. I tried contacting Allen Coe office, they told me that the price was very high because they don’t have the correct mileage for My car, and they wouldn’t apply any discounts.I called their office and Joe answered the phone told me just send me an email with the updated information and we will adjust everything in our system.I asked him are you sure is there anything else and he was like no , that’s all we need to apply the discounts. I was given vague answers and no resolution. I feel so frustrated because the regular payment was supposed to be 343,Now they are charging me 748? For my two cars .This kind of misleading pricing and lack of transparency is unacceptable, you trust this people with your bank account and they just deduct the money every month.I’m not sure why they would do this specially in Christmas time.Now I’m not able to afford my children gifts. I would not recommend Allen Coe to anyone looking for reliable and honest service. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere."

"I was shopping around because my current insurance has been charging me ridiculous rates with a clean record..They have almost doubled since covid and have been fluctuating huge each renewal.. I joined a quote app and Phillip Nichols reached out immediately. He really took the time to explain the difference between the two companies and why the alternate was so high compared to theirs .He got me a great package to best fit my needs and was not pushy at all .Yet helpful! He litteraly saved me close to 100 per month!!! He taught me how to save ..Get my refunds from the dreaded " other company " allstate lol ...nope..bye allstate I'm stepping up .or should I say down on money! Yeahhhh baby ..thanks @phillip Nichols with STATE FARM.."
